Our founders Mark Kincer and David Fulkerson began their relationship in college as engineers and remained friends long into their second careers. After having personal experiences with senior living and having visited many senior communities, it was apparent that the bar needed to be raised. What was missing was love, a listening ear, and respect for those who reside and work there. Mark and Dave felt a calling to do it better and raise the bar in what is offered in senior living communities. And from there the concept of Grace was born.
Grace got its name because of the many meanings it has.

"My mother, Lorraine, arrived at Grace Premier Assisted Living in February of 2019. It was very difficult placing my mother in assisted living, but we know we definitely found the right place. The facility is new and it feels like you are walking into a fancy hotel or apartment. It is immaculately cared for and makes you feel really good about coming here to visit and to know your loved-one isn't exposed to unsightly accommodations or a neglected facility. My mom receives wonderful care from all. Not only is the staff amazing, but the food is top-notch, tastes great, and is homemade. My mother has quite the sweet tooth (as do l) and we both agree that the desserts are out of this world! The dining room is always exceptionally spotless and they are very attentive to their needs. There are a lot of activities to keep residents busy. Lorraine's favorites are bingo and when the piano player comes in. Everyone sings along to the music including all of the staff. Lorraine has adjusted quite well to her new home with many thanks to the owners and the entire staff. The owners and caregivers have become like family. I would highly recommend Grace Premier Assisted Living to you or your loved-one!
