Her journey began in a hospital public relations environment, where she honed her communication skills and gained a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape.


In 2007, Kim transitioned to the senior living sector, starting as a sales representative. This role marked the beginning of a passionate career focused on enhancing senior care. Over the years, Kim has had the privilege of opening three senior living communities from the ground up. Her involvement in these projects included developing sales growth initiatives, refining operational procedures, and establishing benchmarks for success. These experiences have equipped her with a profound knowledge of the intricacies involved in running successful senior living communities.


In 2020, Kim joined Grace Senior Living as a Community Director. Her leadership, strategic vision, and dedication quickly became apparent, leading to her promotion to Vice President of Operations. In this role, Kim oversees the day-to-day operations of the communities, ensuring that high standards of care and service are consistently maintained. Her adeptness in managing teams and optimizing processes has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of Grace Senior Living.


On a personal level, Kim has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of two successful daughters. Her ability to balance a demanding career with a fulfilling family life is a testament to her organizational skills, resilience, and unwavering dedication. Kim's professional achievements, combined with her nurturing nature and strong family values, make her an inspiring leader and a cherished member of the Grace Senior Living team.
